“House 1 flight down from street level. Outdoor deck is a flight of stairs down (wary if you have little kids)Kayaks another 4 more flights down. didnt use them, but looked fun. Jetty quite high to launch kayaks.House was clean, uncluttered and modernly furnished. Communication was excellent, and owner let us stay extra 1.5 hrs.”

“We were in the area for a funeral and to finalize an estate. This home was quiet making it easy to converse with other family members. Kitchen was adequately equipped and dining room table became a good conference table. We did use the laundry facilities - easy to work with. Bedrooms were large with good sized closets and COMFORTABLE beds. Bathrooms very clean with good hot showers. All in all we were very happy with the home but even happier with the host who responded to some questions we……

“We stayed here for 16 days in May 2025. We live locally, but we needed a place to stay while contractors repaired flood damage in our home. With everything going on at our own house, our nerves were pretty fried. Given our frazzled state, words fail to describe my gratitude for being able to stay at this home. The house is immaculate and extremely well-maintained. The gardens defy description. There were two acres of fenced-in yard for our dogs. The home and garden have several beautiful places……

“The house was very modern and clean. We appreciated the “extras” in the bathrooms and kitchen. The location is urban so guests should expect some street noise. However, the neighborhood felt safe and the home has its own designated parking. The host was also easy to communicate with. Overall, a very pleasant stay. ”

“Enjoyed the amenities, we used the peddle boat and row boat and hits some golf balls. Wish we had time for all the other amenities offered. ”
