“The house was conveniently downtown near the Crayola Experience which is what we were there for. Because of this it was noisey for a toddler to sleep, but that's no fault to the property. Just something to think about if bringing children. The accommodations of a baby gate, childrens utensils was nice to have. The house could have been cleaner however. There was things laying around various places from previous guests like used water bottles, dishes in cupboards were not very clean.……

“We rented this house during a dance competition that was being held at a local high school. The competition was about 15 minutes away so this location fit perfectly. Upon checking into the house, we were very surprised at the amount of steps to get to the house and that that was not listed initial listing. Be wary if you have trouble navigating stairs this will be a difficult home for you. Additionally, the bed situation with the home was listed a bit confusing. This home has three full-size……

“The house was perfect for our girls get away weekend. It had everything we could possibly need. The owner contacted me regarding parking and the door lock, with very clear instructions. He couldn’t have been nicer. We were in close proximity to New Hope, which was a great little town. We truly enjoyed our stay. I’m ”

“Completely redone/new. We think it may have just been done, because there were sparse kitchenware. Enough for two, and we managed to cook, but definitely needs an upgrade as far as pots, pans, utensils and dishware. Keep in mind there is no yard, so if you bring pets plan on going to Hopatcong State Park (three minute drive) to walk them. Also, it’s on a hill and the dock and lake are only accessible by many steep steps. ”

“While the photographs of this riverside home are accurate, they cannot do justice to the ambience and delight experienced. Every level has its own deck and each deck has an expansive view of the river.We gathered for a small family reunion of siblings and spouses. We all had our own bedroom and bath, as well as our own floor. The house provided many areas to gather together or find space for some alone time. Whether in the expansive kitchen or one of the many decks, the house set the tone……

“The house was as shown in pictures. Very clean, and organized. We booked for 2 nights, however because of a flight cancellation, we ended staying only on e night. ”

“This house was a great find! We were attending a wedding at Lake Hopatcong and instead of staying in a bunch of hotel rooms, we choose this home. Four spacious bedrooms, extra beds for additional guests and everything we needed to enjoy being together as a family. Having to travel from North Carolina, my husband and I had to work remotely one day during our stay. The bedrooms upstairs had nice desk space to accommodate private space for us to work. The view of the lake made the stay even more……

“First when we arrived, we were greeted by several insects right when you opened the door. There were ants and centipedes around the house and it likely needs sprayed for insects. They were on the floor, walls, bathroom, in the lights, etc. mainly on the first floor. The floor was very clearly not vacuumed and the living room carpet looked like the floor of a frat house. The door to the laundry room was initially closed and when we opened it the room was very hot and steamy. We pulled the dryer……
