“The interior of this older home is spotless and roomy. The beds were very comfortable, the two bathrooms were up to date, the kitchen had all appliances, The manager was very communicative. We are possibly returning in the summer for a stay here. The town of Powhatan is small and beautiful.”

We had everything there we need upon arrival. My friends all said they loved this house we should have made it a longer trip. We all had an amazing time. “Was a great house to stay at. They accommodated my family well with my 3 dogs. Had a nice fenced-in back yard and plenty of space in the house for my family. Owner communicated with me well. I would recommend this VRBO for family too use. ”

“We were notified 10 min before leaving that there was a mix up in reservation. We had to be put elsewhere or cancel. A total bait and switch scheme. Dirty, couldn't even use one of the beds. Just awful. If this is an example of what VRBO has for property "landlords" VRBO is not doing their follow up well. I am fearful of using VRBO again”
