“The information on expedia website indicates that O-Jays Guesthouse provides "free airport shuttle" and I booked two rooms for one night. I checked with the staff and they indicated that they can help with transport from the airport to the guesthouse but that there is a charge. We arranged for a shuttle and the driver waited at the domestic part of the terminal instead of the international part which caused a 45 minute delay in getting picked up. “Service was poor. In a two night stay, I had to move rooms three times. When I checked in, I realized that four our of the eight bulbs in the room were dead. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance to replace the bulbs. How does a hotel not ensure that the bulbs in their rooms are replaced. I woke up the first morning to loud noises outside my window. When I looked out, I noticed a mechanic's workshop right under my window. They moved me to a quieter room, but the Internet did not……

“I made the reservation because it’s only a few minutes drive to the location of my meeting but the hotel did not meet my expectation especially considering the amount it was going for”

“Never had the chance to check-in. The hotel could not be located based off the address provided. Then when calling unable to reach anyone. I had to contact hotels.com and they could hardly contact anyone. Kept getting a busy tone. Finally when they got in contact with someone the manager gave a different number to call on that is not listed. They got rid of my room claiming they held it long enough. ”

“Speziell, dass das Hotel trotz bezahlten 3 Nächten gesagt hat, dass wir nur 2 Nächte bezahlt haben, nach langer Diskussion wurde klar, dass jemand die dritte Nacht in sein Tasche gesteckt hat. Spezielles Hotel, nicht empfehlenswert für Touristen. Sorry mein schlechtestes Hotel in Abuja und ich bin viel dort”
