“Great hot tub, spacious backyard, good amenities, overall great location. Dual use Pool/Dinner Table was exceptional.”

“We came here for a girls’ weekend and it was perfect. Enough room to spread out, a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful view of the water, and a super close proximity to Athens and OU. Would definitely recommend! ”

“We stayed here with our entire family. All of the kids loved it! They enjoyed fishing off the deck more than anything and also enjoyed the hot tub. It was perfect! We stayed on Easter and had an egg hunt for the kids and grilled out. Def a trip to remember :) We plan on making it a yearly tradition. ”

“This refreshed lovely home had some of it's older charm while being clean, updated, & spacious! Inside is clean with tasteful rustic/industrial decor. They still had the Christmas tree up and lit in the large front windows, which showed out onto the large front porch to the street in a delightful way! The bedrooms all seemed to have new beds, linens, etc., again tasteful in both tones and fabrics.We stayed a weekend in early January, with snow on the way, so we enjoyed the hot tub! My kids……

“We loved our stay, from beginning to end. We experienced a quiet, cozy and inviting cottage with comfortable amenities and lovely natural surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring and walking mowed paths, immersing ourselves in birdsong and whispering pines. Meditating along the pond bank was lovely, as was morning coffee while relaxing on the patio. Thank you for sharing your special with us! ”

“Rented this “compound” as we like to call it for OU graduation! It’s a great area and the houses sleep a lot of people! We did have a flash flooding event with ended up with our sons car being under water up to the bumper! Then he fell into the overflowing drainage culvert and the water was over his head. He was pretty scraped up and freaked out but is ok! It could have been really bad. Do NoT park on the lower part of the property if there is a lot of rain! ”

“We took a break from a multi-day motorcycle ride of scenic Ohio, and this small cottage gave us a place to stay dry and get some rest.”

“If I could give zero stars on this property, I would. The space was dirty/unsanitary, from the kitchen to the bathroom to the living areas. No amount of cleaning from the host could have fixed it. On top of that, we brought food to cook on the grill, that was listed. No grill (nor was there an oven), and we could not use the fire pit because there was a burn ban in the county. The host blamed me for not checking local conditions regarding burning prior to arriving. Do not book and stay……
