“My wife and I were in town for a family gathering and spent three nights at Blue Bear Inn. The building is very quaint and homey, but has all of the amenities you need to provide a very comfortable stay. The location is very pretty with nice views. The restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices and the bartender knows his business well. All in all we enjoyed our experience and will definitely stay there again when return, ”

“Had a wonderful stay, Elizabeth is a fantastic hostess, chef, conversationalist and all around humanitarian. Loved all the extra touches you don't get in a hotel, hot tea, organic apples, exquisite soaps, fine books and chimes from antique clocks. “6 Damon was lovely! We wanted somewhere to stay nearby a heavy shopping area but far enough away to be able to remove ourselves from the chaos. We completed all our Christmas shopping, saw a beautiful play at the Palace Theater, relaxed by the fire, cooked a full meal and ate overlooking the pond. Just wonderful :)”
