“House was nice. It was clean and well located. As it is an older home, it did have some quirks, such as sagging floors in the kitchen but was functional. Price was good. Only issue was that the dock was not installed, so getting the boats in the water was a bit of an issue. We were told that there was a swimming area down the road, but it was locked and the owner was unable to get us the combination. I think these would have been good things to know, but we still had a nice time”

“This property was pretty amazing! We loved aspects like the full/updated kitchen, the exposed beams (which is definitely our style) and the large closet in the bedroom. We also enjoyed the pool during our stay which was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend if your looking for a property with that American Northeast historic feel. ”

“We were in NH for a high school graduation, and I chose Mike and Sue’s beautiful lake home because it checked all the boxes: a king sized bed, A/C in case of a heat wave, a big inviting kitchen, and those incredible views. Five people and more than enough space for all of us. I must say, even though we were 45 minutes away from the graduation events, the drive back and forth was absolutely worth it!Mike and Sue are the most welcoming, thoughtful hosts. We didn’t go without a single amenity.The……

The rooms were clean, well cared for, and showed lots of attention to detail. Two full kitchens, bathrooms in great condition, living rooms were all comfortable. We had a great time and would love to return for next year's tournament.”
