Jacob was great to work with both pre-stay and when we had a question about the lock system, he responded very quickly. This was the perfect spot for our visit to Rocky River!”

“This property was above our expectations. The location was perfect, the outdoor fire pit was very relaxing and the view of the lake across the street was amazing. “My husband and I reserved Jason's house to visit with his sister and 88 yr old mother. We drove up from Florida.The house was very clean and tidy. Everything you need is there, all the linens and kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. We enjoyed seeing the deer come around every evening, and even saw a chipmunk. The beds are very comfortable and soft, and a very comfortable couch with recliners included.I had the best sleep I've ever had with the quiet neighborhood and very little car traffic.Jason's……

“The house was a wonderful get away for our family. It had lots of room to spread out and be comfortable. The basement was a nice entertainment space inside for movies, ping pong and corn hole. Our whole family enjoyed the pool every day. Even though Lake Erie was so close, we did not feel the need to leave the house! The patio and grill by the pool was excellent. The property managers were extremely easy to work with and very attentive. A bad storm passed through the area during our stay……
