“First Holiday Inn Express we've been to that served breakfast on china plates with stainless flatware. The real surprize was the dedication of the staff. Two folks did the service of four or five that included removal of plates and pleasant conversation. First free breakfast service we felt required a tip. Ironically, we were attending a catered 55th high school reunion that used all disposeable tableware. Great job HIE staff!”

“I booked the room quickly about 30 minutes away, didnt realize smoking allowed in rooms in missouri. They gave me a non smoking roomafter I checked in since someone cancelled late. I appreciated the extra customer service.”

“There were 3 crackers making noise all night long after turn off the light& cost me over an hour to find/kill each one after another but the the 4th cracker is stilling there, so finally I give up & checked out around 03:20 am in the small hour. The staff's response was: "There is the season......" Request full refund damage.”
