“Stayed here for a weekend wedding, loved the property. So close to town, only a few blocks from the ferry (5 minute walk) and maybe 15 minute walk to the market/Flynns. Clean and beautiful house, lots of light, great stay.”

“Unlike many Fire Island rentals, this place lived up to its description! It was clean and beautifully stocked with beach chairs and towels and kitchen dishware/pots/cutlery and spices. “We stayed one night and this hotel was awesome. First, they allow a 11:30 am check in which is rare. We were visiting friends so we dropped bags off and came back late night but it was convenient be able to do so. The room was immaculate and even though the bathrooms are shared, you get the full bathroom to yourself when you use it. The location is great just outside the ferry terminal. “Gave an extended weekend trip to my sister and brother in law for their 59th birthdays. They had an amazing relaxing time. They are repeat visitors at the Palms because it is second to none on Ocean Beach. Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas provided making it stress free. Staff is always accommodating including assisting with luggage at the dock. They took their own boat and the staff still met them and assisted.
