“If you’re looking for very very basic accommodation in SW Indy then it’s ok. Issues started on arrival as door code didn’t work. Fortunately there was a key box but it’s located next to garage door not next to front door as indicated. Grass was a month past needing to be cut. Garbage can in back was beyond full upon arrival. At least half the outlets don’t work. Lights missing bulbs or not working. Not enough towels or bedding to accommodate 12 people despite listing indicating up to 12 and……

“Great communication”

“Pros: Clean, roomy, nice beds, nice towels and bedding, good location especially if you need to be close to Plainfield, quiet neighborhood, A/C worked great, laundry pods provided, Brita filter pitcher in fridge was nice to have, excellent communication from property management.Cons: Needs more seating in living and dining, more dishes needed (especially since it sleeps 9), kitchen could be a little better stocked for those planning on cooking.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here……

“This is an amazing place to stay. Me and my wife we both love it. the house have a beautiful patio and all the rooms are very spacious and each have all the needs the bathrooms are cleans as well I love the table pool. We have a great wedding and all friends and family love it.”

“we were all very pleased with the property it catered for our needs for the 2 night stay. We had all the basic kitchen essentials , toiletries and clean towels and linen. We were very comfortable and situated in a lovely neighborhood.”

“Quiet neighborhood & way to get to. Property manager answered any questions promptly. House was clean, but slightly dusty. It was fantastic having a garage to park in. There is no coffee pot, so bring your own if you can’t live without your coffee. There were no extra blankets & only 1 set of towels, so you may want to bring extra! All in all, I would definitely stay there again.”

“Love this location and facilities…perfect for large groups and many options for everyone!! The first time we seen the grounds, we knew it was a good choice. Once we walked in the house and saw the space and accommodations, we were in love. This is one spot we would choose to come back again, for sure.”

“We stayed here for a weekend get away & it was nothing less than perfect. Our VRBO host, Aaron was amazing! We could tell right away he puts his clients and their experience first, above all! This place was beautiful. The vibe of the deck & becoming one with nature alone, will pull us back to this place with our kiddos next time! Aaron was unmatched on his quick and respectful responses. We couldn’t have been more happy to be here. The house was adorable and great vibes all around. 10/10……
