“everything was as advertised. check-in was a breeze and the owner promptly attended to any request we had. the house location is near to downtown and the Saratoga Race Course both of which were important to our party of 14 adults and 6 young children. even with the large party there was never a feeling of being in each others way. i would not hesitate to return.”

“We booked last minute as we decided to stay a night in Saratoga on our way to upstate NY. Could not have had a better experience! From my initial interaction with the owner, who was extremely responsive, to the exceptionally kind and informed team we met the next morning - our experience was only diminished by our need to get back on the road. “The first thing we noticed on entering the cottage was that it was immaculate. The bedrooms were comfortable & supplied with ample bedding & towels. The kitchen is modern with new appliances & plenty of cooking, cutlery, dishes, glasses @ mugs. Easy WIFI connections. We had a fire alarm snafu which the host addressed promptly. We were very satisfied with this property. ”

“Noble House was a welcome place of restoration and relaxing after spending several days in the backcountry of the ADK mountains. The cabin was easy to find, warm and welcoming with the comforts of home while having the peace of nature all around. Being pet friendly is always a bonus for me since my dogs usually are traveling with me. The fenced yard was perfect for giving my furry friends a place to explore. The host was amazing and so responsive. I would definitely recommend Noble House if……

“1. Floors wet when we arrived because they had just been mopped. There was water oozing from the flooring in the kitchen. When dry the floors were sticky.2. The bathroom sink barely drained. We finally just used the kitchen sink. The shower drained better but stillstanding in water while showering.3. There were two bath towels and two washcloths left on the dining room table upon our arrival. In the kitchen there was a roll of paper towels. No hand towels or kitchen towels provided.4. All……

“This was a wonderful place to stay, gorgeous location on a hilltop overlooking pastures with wild turkey and deer roaming by. Loved our stay. Only "complaint" was master bathroom never could get it to truly run anything approaching hot water, all my showers were below and approaching luke warm, I lived, but I would recommend a hot water pump if the hot water heaters are too far away. This would have bothered me far more if I had stayed in the winter than in the heat.One suggestion I would make……
