“The house had some nice upgrades which we were not expecting. Liked: the location, the master suite, the crazy number of TVs, and the private rooftop terrance. The bathrooms were both also nicely upgraded. Unexpected: it was mostly on street parking, but there was sufficient on street parking available on the immediate street and nearby streets. Just had to parallel park. Im not sure how that parking all works on street cleaning days, but we were not there on one of those days.The entire……

Quiet neighborhood and beach is literally 4/5 houses down! The Oxnard area gave me a feeling of laid back friendly welcoming neighbors. The owner's were easy to contact and responsive. ”

“The 3 story house was roomy, decorated for a beach house and lots of ammenities. We loved being close to the beach and walked to the ocean several times a day. We could see the beach from the balconies at the house. We definitely hope to stay here again. ”

Spacious, awesome location, quiet, comfortable beds, lots of king size beds, ample room in the kitchen and living area. “Brought elderly (80+) parents and kids for a short getaway. The location was “senior friendly” (bedrooms on first floor, steps to the sand and nice umbrella and table to eat outdoors) and “teen friendly” (beach, sand, games) — everyone had a wonderful time. Had a small hiccup during check-in and called the realty company and I was SUPER impressed by the person who helped me on the phone. She was helpful, kind and patient. (Thank you!) Very nice location for a family getaway. Definitely……

“Amazing property. If I could give this pace 6 stars I would still want to give more. The location was perfect. Several places we have stayed claimed to be steps away from the beach but this was legitimately "steps away from the beach." The location really felt like we were way out of town but we were actually just 10 miles away from every place you would need for shopping. The beach felt like a private beach as well. There was no one else within 100 yards of us on either side. The condo itself……
