“The condo was very clean, and the distance from Disney was awesome. Having the full kitchen, and the washing machine really helped, since we have little kids. Would definitely recommend for families. ”

“The house was nice and in a nice neighborhood, but too many rules and regulations for us. Having to push a button to go in and out of the patio door every single time or else an alarm went off, was frustrating. No music allowed during the day to be played around the pool was odd to us. Couldn’t go in jacuzzi or game room after 10 pm was also too strict for us. Backyard was all pool so not much space to do anything in. I appreciated the late check out and staff were helpful. A 12 page agreement……

“Great stay - close to the parks, CVS, and other shopping/restaurants. Teens enjoyed the game room and sitting out by the pool. Rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. I'd recommend that the owners get a hard water filter. There was crystallization in all of the bathrooms, and the drinking water was cloudy and you could see the sediment once it settled. We had to buy bottled water as the water in Anaheim made us feel ill. ”

“My wife and I, along with our 6 adult children, our son-in-law, our daughter-in-law, and our 5 grandchildren, stayed for a one week stay at this villa we lovingly call The Casita. It is a reference to Encanto which had come out prior to our last stay here three years ago. The villa is a wonderful place to stay easily accommodating our family of 15. It is a short walk to the backlot with access to the parking lot trams. The villa itself is well stocked, the pool is wonderful and the owners are……
