“The check in was super easy as well as the check out and he was very friendly. The place was very clean and very impressed of how the room was very modern. “I couldn't believe that the billing system of a 5-star hotel could have such a low-level error. The hotel can enjoy meals for $30 per day after paying a $35 destination fee. I had breakfast around 10 on the check out day, which should have been included as free, but the hotel charged for the full amount. In my first call with them, I strongly stated that it was an error.
