“Lovely setting, but there were issues. Something was falling from the ceiling onto the bedroom with the queen bed. The back bathroom was not clean, windowsills not clean, mold on the shower curtain. Old dog poop was on the deck. Leaves were on the floor in the hallway when we arrived.”

“Our second time staying there. Nice and quiet dogs loved it. Everything we need in the kitchen except for storage containers, plastic wraps and foil. We brought our own. Needs some maintenance water damage and broken lamps and windows that don’t open. One of the bedrooms smells like dog pee they should remove the carpet or replace it. Besides that everything was good. ”

“We loved our short stay at this house in sea ranch. The location was perfect, we were able to take our dog on the coastal trail within steps of the front door. The interior was cozy but spacious. We enjoyed having this as our home base for our coastal adventure. ”

“Cons - it was a hassle making the reservation and getting check in. "reservation fee" to VRBO that wasn't expected and I received no receipt for. Too many forms to fill out including posting a selfie! Disappointed about no TV since we wanted to watch Warriors playoffs, but don't usually watch tv. Heater instructions needed in house notebook. Broken shades on master sliding door. Long walk to the beach. HINT - drive down Pacific Reach to the parking lot near Shell Beach- then enjoy the……

“We had a wonderful time at this very well equipped vacation rental. It is in a beautiful setting, convenient location to shops and restaurants, hiking, and beaches. We would love to come back!”

“We love Sea Ranch and this place was as wonderful as the setting. The check-in process was very easy (a lockbox at the door vs having to drive to the office in Gualala as some other houses require). The deck faces the meadow and hills in the back, which is lovely, and there is a small side deck with a peek of the ocean. The home is clean, warm, light, and cozy with all the amenities of home. I would highly recommend it!”

“It was a comfortable house in a great location. It had the amenities we needed for good sleep and home cooking (though it had a strange lack of forks). When we arrived we noticed the WiFi was not working. I called the property manager and was instructed to restart the modem. Couldn’t find it anywhere despite a thorough search. She said they’d send someone out the next day to look at it but no one ever came nor did they follow up with me about it. We still had a fine stay albeit mostly unplugged,……

“It was wonderful to stay in this studio with a view of the ocean, a fireplace, and very welcoming host! It's a very short drive from the town of Gualala which has groceries, a couple good restaurants, and cute shops! The kitchen is equipped with the basics and the tub is spacious :)”
