“I almost hesitate to write this review, because I want to keep this place my own personal secret! I just finished a weeklong stay in an upstairs penthouse. The moment you walk in, you are greeted with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Spit, the Bay, and the mountains. The vaulted ceilings, combined with the open concept of the kitchen/livingroom in this space is roomy, airy, and impeccably decorated in this “farmhouse meets the coastal beach house” vibe. “This place was perfect! The view was exceptional - just like in the photo. We were greeted with a postcard with a personal note & great banana bread from our host.The house was very clean and well supplied. The washer and dryer were a welcome addition. We highly recommend !”

“The Otter Stop Inn is a great home away from home. The unit really comfortable, nicely furnished and well stocked. The views are breathtaking with glaciers right across the bay. We even saw a moose and her calf walk up the road past us.”

“Stay was wonderful and peaceful with a fabulous view. My only complaint was the property was advertised as a romantic getaway, and there were kiddos there for the weekend. The people staying above us were a little loud walking across the floor until after midnight each night which interfered with my sleep the first night, but the second night I finally just had to put earplugs in and it helped.”
