“The wall of windows in the well appointed and beautiful cabin afforded a very scenic view of Kachemak Bay and the Spit from up high. All the amenities for a comfortable stay for two. Little extras that make you feel welcome. Qiet, peaceful. We used the deck chairs and table to enjoy the solitude and scenery. Beautiful slice of Alaska! Highly recommend. Easy quick communication with the property manager when needed. ”

“We stayed in the bear cabin and it was tiny but really cute. We were all able to sleep comfy with how many beds there were. There isn’t a sink in the cabin only the sink in the bathroom which is across from the cabin. Super quiet area though, would definitely come again. Thanks for having us.”

“We visited this cabin on our way from Anchorage to Homer for a fishing charter and stayed here on the way. The views from Redoubt cabin were incredible and we were lucky to have some sunshine! The hammock and viewing deck were awesome to access as well as the gazebo, and our cabin itself was very thoughtfully designed and slept our group of 7 comfortably. We would definitely come back! ”

“This was all we needed for our visit to Homer. Its location - proximity to town and the Homer Spit - was ideal for us. Clean, quiet, and access to a fire pit, restaurant, and picnic tables. We loved watching the seaplanes. With earplugs I didn't hear them except the first morning (6 am!), and I'm a light sleeper. The area is otherwise so quiet! Blackout curtains in the bedroom were great.There was no interaction with the host while we stayed which wasn't a problem!We appreciated the kitchen set……

“Was blown away at how much quality was packed into a small cabin. Everything was top notch and of homeowner quality. The view of the pond was great and being able watch the float planes land and take off was very cool. Having the 2 Adirondack chairs to relax in was nice at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend this to my friends and will stay here again. The only downsides were if you kept the blinds open, all the other guests could easily see into the cabin. If you're a late sleeper……

“I booked this cabin with Mary one year before our trip; the property was a perfect fit for our needs. My Brother and his girl friend stayed in the main bedroom, and my Nephew and I bedded in the loft. The cabin had all the utensils we needed, shower, stove, refrigerator, and Mary was a great host and wonderful person to meet.Thanks Mary;Marc Williams”
