“Our family of 4(mom,dad, kids 10 and 12) stayed here for 6 nights. The building was quiet, but there is a school a parking lot over and you will hear music starting around 9 in the morning. The overall unit suited us fine. There is a lot of baby stuff(actual crib, stroller, high chair, pack n play, toys, life jackets), this is the place if you have a small child for sure. The patio does not have a table and chairs, but wicker type furniture. They keep the beach chairs out there, along with……

“This property was very clean, well maintained and had extras in the kitchen, bathroom and living areas. I especially appreciated the bright lamp in the living room as I like to read to unwind in the evening before going to sleep. ”

“Place looks pretty as shown on the photos. There was soap, tiney shampoos, raisors and plenty of towels available. If would be great if it had washer and dryer. I texted host litte more than 3 weeks before and I did not get a reply. Water was off when we arrived but it was turned on when we notified them. Sweet place for non demanding people. You can hear people in adjacent apartment but there was no crazy noise. Plenty of towels and toiletry available. ”

“Easy to check in on property. Room was good and in walking or short driving distance to a variety of activities. Took a sunset cruise and it was awesome. Saw dolphins too, which was a bonus. Shopping, restaurants, micro brewers and plentiful and within a few short miles from the resorts. Spent 2 days over at Honeymoon Beach. It was awful and a must do. So clean. Everyone was so friendly in the Dunedin area. This was our first time to the area and we hope to be back!”

“Great Location, great communication with VRBO representatives and great front desk personnel. Very clean.. like I said more hotel size than a Condo. Wouldn’t want more than 2 people in the room. Wouldn’t be big enough. Had a nice patio and quiet view. Loved having a restaurant and bar on site..with live music Friday-Sunday and you could hear it while laying at heated pool while looking at the water. Loved it! Probably would love to back next year. ”
