“I stayed here with my 5 year old daughter. We very much enjoyed this property, the convenience of having beach chairs and cooler, and the close access to the beach! I also appreciated having a washer/dryer in unit. Mary was very easy to communicate with. We would stay here again! ”

“Location and house were great! Adorable house close to beach! Exactly what we needed!!”

“Exactly as pictured. Very cozy & clean. Easy communication with the owner. We enjoyed our stay but really appreciate accuracy, so as not to be disappointed. We knew the cottage was not ON the beach, but we did expect an ocean view as stated. You only see other rooftops and parking lots. And although there is parking for each unit, those in the front of the alleyway cannot get out, so it creates a little tension. We had someone banging on our door late at night because they couldn’t get out. We……

“Citrus Cottage was terrific. This was our second time and we enjoyed our stay. The Cottage was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we could walk to downtown easily. The Farmer's Market was a nice surprise. ”

“We LOVED our stay at this cottage. Everything was as deacribed and there were the perfect amount of amenities to get us started for the week. The communication with the owner was prompt and clear with any questions we had. It was in perfect walking distance to parks and downtown. It also had onsite parking which was a very nice feature. The best part was we could see the water and beach from the dining room windows. We highly recommend this property and look forward to our next stay.”

“The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, TV in both rooms, ceiling fans and table fans provided (love this-must have fan noise to sleep), shower had great pressure and great temp water, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen even a blender for pool side drinks. Host was very responsive and accommodating; we were able to check in early which was great since we arrived hours before check in. Thank you for everything the house met our needs and we enjoyed……

“The stay was very nice. Only issues we had involved the WiFi but the host came to fix that quickly. As well as some parts of the home, specifically the bathroom, was much shorter then anticipated. My 5’ 10” husband did have to bend his neck a lot lol. As well as I was under the assumption that we had a more private place. As in the whole house to our self, not another unit directly behind us sharing a wall. This brought a big disappointment since I thought we would be more secluded renting a……

“We had a beautiful stay in Clearwater. The cottage was perfect for two and great walk to the beach as well as downtown. Great food everywhere we turned! We will be back!”

“Came to Port Richey area for son’s speciality therapy. The pool was perfect for him in a quiet, non- touristy neighborhood. My flights were delayed for a day and the owner was very kind and accommodating with my change in schedule. There was one unexpected issue with the electricity going off in the kitchen but it was resolved in a good time frame and the owner came over herself to fix the problem. The outdoor area is adjacent to a dock and oven, and as stated in the description, may not be……
