“Property definitely upper end, very clean, safe area, quiet, and somewhat a good value. I do have to complain about checking in at the front desk and the staff at their free breakfast. Il be honest, not sure if they were having a bad day or just didn’t like am American or one that can’t speak Spanish. However , the bellman were nothing less than excellent and very helpful. Overall, it’s a great place, nice rooms, great location (el Ploblado) and I would stay there again. ”

“Went to visit family and looked for a hotel in the center of the city. I arrived early and hotel staff was able to check me in early which was greatly appreciated . Room was clean and spacious . Hotel had great amenities to include gym, pool and spa which they allow you to use the sauna and Turkish bath complimentary . The breakfast buffet was amazing . Only thing I can encourage to improve is the restaurant waiter response . The food was good but the staff was either overwhelmed or simply slow.……
