“Loved it! The living room allowed my whole family to enjoy time together. Sunday morning coffee was spent on the porch watching golfers. Personal touches throughout the property meant that it was home. I am honored the owners would share it with us! ”

“We were in a town for a weekend of softball tournaments, we booked here because hotel rooms were double their usual price. It actually turned out to be better in the long run we had 2 bathrooms and plenty of space. The host was very informative and friendly and provided all the information we needed. We did not have any issues. We will definitely book this place again when return to College Station for tournaments. ”

“The house was perfect, and set in a quiet lakeside community. The Kayak's were great, and having the canal in the backyard to paddle out to the lake made it much easier.The house was clean and well maintained, and we had no issues during our stay.Beware of Terri, the neighborhood Karen who did not want us fishing at the community park she claimed her family owned, and threatened to call the Sheriff on us. Insanity.... Overall I highly recommend, and would not hesitate to rent the property……

“We had an absolutely wonderful time at Julias April Sound home. It was the perfect stay for our family to celebrate our mother’s 85th birthday. Such a perfect location, clean, comfortable, and completely felt like home away from home. Great communication too!”

“Great location, plenty of room to hang out inside and outside! Caught some fish, played some pool, brought our boat, and used the grill. No complaints, everything was perfect. ”

“My family stayed in Abigail’s home during the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches /Texas UIL Girls Basketball showcase. Five adults and a couple fur babies in our group. The home was very clean with extra everything easily accessible. Smart tv’s everywhere. USB’s at the bedsides. Washer and dryer. Outside covered sitting area and fast internet. The cherry on the top is a nice quiet neighborhood with a very pretty city park just a short walk, 4 tenths of a mile away. A great place to……
