“A delightful, even elegant spot in Mendocino. Its close to restaurants and other services. But one exception, who eats pork gravy over biscuits for breakfast? Its nasty”

“The breakfast items were different each of the 3 days we were there. The sausage links were especially delicious, but all items were unique in their presentation and taste. We had the Wilson room with the fireplace, but it was not cold enough to fire it up. That would have been a cozy plus. Overall a really pleasant time. Kudos to John for providing a nifty solution to the free time we had. ”

“A spectacular location and the owner operators genuinely care for their guests experience. The property is old and definitely has some items that could use some updating however, everything was functional and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing (favorite was the crustless quiche) and the coffee was perfect as well. Looking forward to my next visit! ”

“The hosts were very friendly and helpful, eager to please. They gave great suggestions of where to go in town. The building is historical so revuew is taking this into consideration. Our room (south) really needed an extra table to be able to sit at or place our suitcase on. There was plenty of room for one The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was close enough to town to walk but we drove due to rain. A nice place if you feel historical. Breakfast was decent, not over the top……
