“Beautiful views! The house was amazing. Overall we had a great experience. The only recommendation would be to better stock the house. Unfortunately night one there was no briquettes to bbq our dinner. ”

“We loved our stay at Sea Pine. The location is incredible with views of the ocean and right off the coastal trail. We appreciated being able to walk to beautiful vistas and the rec center, and then relax in our own hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals for ourselves. ”

“I gave this five stars because overall, the property was great and peaceful and the right price for what it offered. The view out to the ocean is spectacular and the location was exactly what we needed. With that said, a few frustrating things that are good to know before you go (or book this property at all): -- the bunk bed is very high and it doesn't have a guard rail or a ladder. For children, it's basically a middle-of-the-night broken arm waiting to happen. We pulled the mattress down to……

“Quiet cul de sac. House rambles a little bit but has every amenity you can want, most especially grand views from every room. About a half a block from the coastal trail. Unobstructed ocean views. ”

“The cottage was an absolute gem. The bed was hard to leave each morning, absolutely comfortable. The hot tub was the perfect temperature the entire weekend. The beach was a minutes drive, as well as the town of Mendocino. We were able to drink our tea in a tiny building overlooking Big River. We will definitely be back:) ”

“Such a beautiful house and a stunning location. The hot tub was gross when we arrived & they sent a team out quickly to drain, clean & refill it & it heated up quickly enough for us to go in that day! Access was easy with a lock box on the front door & my friend even charged his Tesla in the garage! It was a bit stuffy in the home, the air conditioning was needed and was not very effective & there was no breeze & no fans. I bet if I had asked for some fans they would have brought us some. ……

“A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a very quiet neighborhood. I particularly loved being able to see the starry night sky and early-morning wildlife while lying in bed. Very well equipped kitchen with a filtered-water tap and abundant supplies of everything (except light bulbs). Put a Sea Ranch visitor pass on your dash and take Vantage Rd for easy coastal trail access. Only 4 miles to Gualala restaurants, groceries, and kayaking.”

“We've been coming to Fort Bragg for a family vacation for 36years and have never stayed at this house. From the moment we got there to till the end of the trip this became one of thee best houses we've ever stayed at. From the amazing views to the layout of the house and all the amenities this house has to offer by far one of the best!!
