“What a great experience! We has so much fun exploring the property. The home was appointed quite well...everything from comfy beds, very functional kitchen and a washer/dryer which is always a plus on a beach vacation. We enjoyed the peace of being in the country but still 10 minutes from everything in town. Having a state beach less than a mile away was great! I lived in this house in the late 1950’s and have been wanting to stay here ever since it became available as a rental. “The property is secluded yet close to Mendo Village and less than 10 from Ft Bragg. Hot tub on a cold night was terrific. Lots of green! which was a welcome sight as opposed to the Sonoran desert. Several beautiful state parks within 10 miles provides an amazing opportunity to visit all of them. Botanical Gardens are well worth the trip and cost. Perfect cool temps. I wish the property had a washer/dryer on site so we didn’t have to go to laundry mat, but it’s not too far away in FB. ”
