“We enjoyed a breathtaking view of the ocean from every angle of the home. We initially booked for two nights but were fortunate enough to add an extra night last minute! The weather was great for most of our stay, allowing us to experience both a sunny day and a foggy day. The home has a cozy, cabin-like feel, which I really loved. Its different levels give it a quirky charm. The primary bedroom is located upstairs, just off the kitchen, while the lower bedroom is downstairs and features one……

“This was our second stay at this home and we love the place! I really do not like Vacasa. They only have a robot to communicate with that never solves anything. Just repeats itself! There were no coffee filters so I went and bought some for 6,50 and the robot tells me they don’t offer filters! Of course they do!! as it’s part of the coffee machine and I should be refunded for that. And I left them the filters for future guests. Also I like to have until 11am to leave. Vacasa refused to grant me……

“Second time at the Mendocino Water Tower and once again we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful accommodations and love the water views from the windows facing the Pacific. Enjoyed the restaurants in town & the well-equipped kitchen. Many nearby shops to walk to and opportunities not far away for hiking in state parks and Point Cabrillo lighthouse. Appreciate the responsiveness of the property manager.”

“This is a complicated review. We were looking for a place for a family gathering on the coast and this place looked perfect. The views from the property are unmatched. Dramatic ocean views The property is an old ranch with several buildings on it. The property seems to be new to the rental world but had everything needed. The listing does not include pictures of the cottage but it was a simple 2 bedroom, 1 bath property with small kitchen. We arrived just before a winter storm was set to……
