“First, communication with Gary was great and I am are so happy we were able to stay in the “Cinderella House”. I lived in this house in the late 1950’s and have been wanting to stay here ever since it became available as a rental. I’m thrilled that Gary researched and provided historical information that I didn’t previously know about the house and previous owners. “The home was lovely. Clean, nice furnishings, everything worked. We were cold the first morning because we couldn't get the furnace to work but after messaging the manager we found out we had to use the wall units as the original furnace was broken. Then it was ok.The drain line clogged on a Friday night late. I couldn't get hold of the manager so we called a plumber and were able to find one who came out within 30 minutes and got things operational again. The manager was very apologetic and……
