“We enjoyed our stay in the house is walking distance to the Bluffs and beach. The caretaker’s house is attached to the rental home. That was not clear in the description. This did not bother us, but it might bother some.”

“The views from this location on the bluff are absolutely amazing. The house had what we needed, but things were dated. Some of the windows are cloudy, and the furniture isn't all that comfortable. We had to drive 9 miles out of the way to pick up the welcome packet at the Vacasa office. (I don't think I will use Vacasa again.) The entry code had 10 digits and was the most difficult entry pad I've ever used. The lights in the entry were difficult to figure out because there were switches on 3……

“Jade’s Tower was a delight. It’s very well situated in the heart of Mendocino - the shops, restaurants and coastal paths are within walking distance of the tower. The tower is lovely, modern, thoughtful and beautifully designed. A spiral staircase connects the two levels, the ocean views are fantastic, and the landscaping on the property is lovely. My only issue was entirely subjective - the mattress is extra firm and was a bit too hard for me, but my husband loved it. Hosts were communicative……
