“The house is very large, well maintained and stocked with everything you may need. The hosts were very responsive to requests. There was a wine/treat basket and personal note waiting for us on arrival and instructions on how to use everything. Surrounded by beautiful vineyards and located near many wineries and event venues. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.”

“Recommended! We stayed during stormy weather and barely noticed that it was an off-grid home. When the solar ran out it seamlessly kicked on the generator. The bedrooms were spacious...same goes for the living areas. The stairway up to the second floor was flanked by built-in bookcases leading up to the pool table, a queen-sized bedroom, and a separate bathroom. What a great hang out spot.”

“We stayed here for four nights for a girl’s retreat/craft getaway. Everything was wonderful! Beds are super comfortable and the yard was perfect for our little four-legged guy. Great little house! Our only issue, and it is a small one, is that we weren’t able to cook all of the meals we had planned. There could be a few more pans…. A pasta pot and a cookie sheet would be nice! Plus, without a garbage disposal or a dishwasher, it made cleanup a little harder. But we would absolutely stay again……

“Verona was a beautiful, quiet property. Perfect for our purposes - attending a wedding in Potter Valley. Sandra is a great host and very responsive to our questions. The house was clean and well equipped. If you're visiting Mendocino County, I would recommend Verona. Also very close to the cute little town of Ukian.”

“The property is located on a small ranch. The owners' house is nearby, but not close enough to be intrusive. The kitchen is well-stocked, and our hosts left some goodies for us. We found everything clean, comfortable, and convenient. There are lovely views of the Northern California countryside from the windows. The location is fairly remote, but close enough to wineries and towns with great restaurants if you don't mind a little driving. We met Ed, our host, and he was friendly and very……
