“Overall...it met our needs (a keurig, comfortable bed and grassy areas and the price was right). The bathroom still has a very bad soft spot, also you have to step up to the bathroom. Lots of grassy area for the pets. The location was easy to find and only a short distance to downtown Knoxville (several ways to get there). Thank you for sharing your place and accepting pets.”

Definitely worth it … the few odd things to be unnerving would be that old creeping floors that feel as if they may fall thru .. evidently a crawl space below and noted this was a built on addition from a shop perhaps … cute addition to rent out … thank yall so much .. is a historic neat part of town ”
