“Were it not for a hurricane, the grounds around the main house would be beautiful. The owner/operator family, like other victims, is building back as quickly as possible. The interim condition of the exterior shows what they went through. The unaffected main house and our guest room were well-appointed and very attentive. The breakfast buffet provided to all their guests was extraordinary extravagant, as delicious and varied as you’ll find anywhere! A true 5-star experience.”

“Overall...it met our needs (a keurig, comfortable bed and grassy areas and the price was right). The bathroom still has a very bad soft spot, also you have to step up to the bathroom. Lots of grassy area for the pets. The location was easy to find and only a short distance to downtown Knoxville (several ways to get there). Thank you for sharing your place and accepting pets.”

“We liked everything about the apartment. The location on the river is great and everything was clean ans as advertised. I only have 2 suggestions, keep the chairs by the fire pit wiped off (they were dirty and had bird poop on them) spend a little money to have the gravel driveway smoothed out! The bumps are terrible and hard to navigate, especially in a small car.Otherwise, all good stuff here.”
