“Fantastic ”

“Place is small, no frill just basic hotel. However, the room was clean, bedding was nice, decor is ok. Everything worked. Hot water was really hot! Which is great. It looks like they are trying to upgrade things. Would stay again just not for more than 2 nights. No pool.”

“Great place with needed amenities. Check in was a breeze. Thank you so much. Only things I would suggest are cover for smokers outside building and keep kids on first floor please. I got hardly any sleep cause so much noise from running around above me. ”

“I don’t have anything negative to say about my Sonder stay—just a few notes for full disclosure. After booking, you’ll receive an email asking you to download their app, which I found very convenient and easy to use. The app provides your unit number and passcodes for both the main gate and your unit. I did have to reach out to them in which they responded back within 5-10 mins via the app. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with spots both in the front and back,……

“Good. Cool vibe. Cleaning in kitchen wasn’t as detail oriented as I’d like (e.g. for left in microwave from previous renter?). Can be loud overnight on main floor (partygoers, loud cars), but proximity to downtown and other services/restaurants/farmer’s market is a plus. ”

“We had a great 5 night stay at the Sonder Dovetail. We took the Queen size suite and it was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. If I had to be picky, the only thing missing was a bedside unit on my side of the bed to put water, book etc on rather than the floor. Otherwise we liked the close proximity to Broadway, the open top bus tour, the river, the bus stop to the airport & there’s an excellent breakfast/dinner/pub with live music some nights at……

“Enjoyed the view and how easy it is to get into Pigeon Forge - about 2 blocks from the main drag. Everyone we meet was friendly and welcoming. Arrived after office was closed and the security person, Bill. Helped us get our packet and even took us to our room to make sure we could get in. Betsy in the office was also very nice and helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.”
