This cottage was the perfect balance, providing us the freshness of the creekside and all its wild greenery, some bugginess, and a clean place to rest that wasn’t overly sterile and bland. “My husband and I loved our stay. The area is beautiful and quiet and our favorite part of the place was sitting on the front porch enjoying the views. We visited several farmers markets in the area and used our purchases to make a few meals as well. There's also plenty to do in the area within 30 or so minutes. ”

“This comfortable, cozy, 4 BR home is nicely tucked into the woods. Plenty of space to spread out for adults and kids, with a finished basement. Outside there is a fire pit, and jacuzzi/hot tub. House is well stocked for cooking supplies and tools, and quiet at night. Close to Livingston Manor Main Street (7min), Roscoe Main Street (10min) and only 1/2 mile away from Arnold House. Host was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would love to come back !”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house has everything you could possibly need for a fun weekend or week! So much to do between the lake and the games! We paddleboated, fished, played badminton, ping pong and cornhole! The host is very generous with her house, and just wants everyone to have a great time at her place! There are two loungers and four adirondack chairs down by the lake (not pictured) which is very nice! The house has everything you need to make meals if you don't want to go out. There……
