“The property was great. Spacious, well furnished, clean, close to the main street. Easy access to shopping, transportation. The manager was easy to reach and very helpful. “We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. This apartment was even better than we hoped. Everything was immaculate, the location was perfect. “IQON ia a beautiful building in and out but the service inside the unit was pathetic. Checking in was hard. we had someone come in and show us our apt with no help/support later. Our floors were not clean, no toiletries in bathroom, no bed sheets, no bath towels and one of the main living room window was not properly closed. With no help we dialed downstairs and security person came up but he could not help. Reached out to hotels.com who finally after 3 hours had someone come in with bath towels……
