“A great hotel! Very clean and spacious rooms. Bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, but workable. The lobby was spacious, the staff was courteous. Some great things about the hotel: it is only a quarter mile from Old Town that is the shopping center of Albuquerque - an easy walk down Rio Grande Blvd. The hotel has an on site restaurant that serves (free) gourmet breakfast - this was a welcome break from the canned/preserved fare that's served these days at most "Breakfast included"……

“This hotel was not really our style of hotel, but was clean and comfortable. When we tried to get out of the last two days of the itinerary, hotels.com was not very helpful, told me I had to deal with the hotel itself, even though we booked using the website. I did go to the front desk and was told that I had to deal with hotels.com. When I showed them my conversation with hotel.com, they made a real effort to solve the issue we had. In the end, Nancy from the front desk moved us to a suite……

“The bathroom paint was terrible which made it seem dingy.. the vanity area floor was really dirty didn’t look like they every cleans behind sink and wall. But I loved the fridge and microwave. The over all room was nice!! ”

“The person at the desk was great and gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner. The only issues were an elevator out of service and the pool was closed. There was a nice grassy area for our dog. ”

“The only thing that could make the stay any better would have been a ghostly visit!”

“Been staying there for about 2 weeks each July for last 3 years. Near to relativess. Wondered about mirror sticker. Said they change sheets every 3 days. I had to ask for a change after a week. They did seem to come in replace towels. One day after a a rain the bathroom floor was dirty, thought they would have caught that and mopped. I like that give first floor.mopped. ”
