“We arrived at the hotel at around 4pm but we still need to wait for our room since it was not ready. As we would take the train to Cleveland next night, we chose this hotel as it was only 20-minute walk to the train station. We store the luggage at the reception after check-out. After counting the total no. of luggage and giving us a card, our luggage was placed in the lobby but not in a room. I stayed there to watch my luggage for a very long time before I was at ease.”

“Not all best westerns are created equal. This was amazing. Staff was friendly and on top of it. Wi-Fi went down. But there was a lightning storm, so grace is given there. The table I sat at for breakfast was a little wobbly and lobby toilet didn’t work great, but overall a great experience. Coffee machine was fantastic!!!”
