“We make a trip to this part of NY every Fall to visit with family, and this has been our favorite house so far! Cute and cozy, had everything we needed and more. The kids love the hot tub, and the dog loved the big back yard. The owners were super friendly and accommodating. It is close to the road and there was a lot of traffic during our stay, cars flying down the street all hours of the night, but we still had plenty of space and privacy and enjoyed every minute of the stay! “We Highly recommend staying at this lake house,Pictures do not do this property justice!Our family spent a week here and had an amazing time, fishing, swimming, peddal boating, and having fires lakeside under the stars!The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and it was very clean and cozy!Christina was very accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions. The neighbors were so friendly and welcoming!Such a memorable Labor Day week!We would definitely love to do it agian! Wish……

“We loved our stay at this rental. We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. Was just a little to small for 2 people.”
