The service was top performance both in the hotel and the restaurant. Even after closing hours, the kitchen stayed open and served one exquisite meal after the other along with outstanding wines, they make a wonderful experience and high performance in making close to Michelin standard in cooking and on top a highly experienced sommelier to ensure matching wines. Despite this they had a first class service towards very tired kids for the adults to enjoy the evening.……

“This property was perfectly located on a lovely park within a short walking distance of the town center. It was a very cool and modern building. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed with Dyson hair dryers, etc. The service team at the front desk and in the restaurant were very good. The dinner restaurant at the property has 2 Michelin stars which may be a bit extravagant for many but the city center is very close for other dining alternatives. ”

“The room and the washroom are spacious, well designed, and clean. Breakfast is excellent. Service is great. It is close to the central of the sightseeing area and needs just a 5 to 10 min walk, which I think is better to avoid the crowd. “Pour un petit weekend en couple avec le chien, c'était parfait. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la foret qui nous a apporté de la fraîcheur dans ce weekend de canicule. Le restaurant était très bon et la piscine très agréable. Plusieurs circuits de randonnée entoure l'hôtel et Soultzmatt à proximité est très joli à visité.
