“The place was beautiful and close to everything. There is a mini mart just around the corner and 20ish minutes to Walmart. There was all sorts of birds and wild life to watch out of the tall living room windows”

“We stayed in the house for 5 days and it was wonderful. The check in is a little difficult with the caretaker’s house and the house itself not very easy to locate with Waze or google. You’ll get close, but good luck. It would be helpful to update the instructions. Anyway, once you overcome that small feat, the house is wonderful. Well stocked for cooking and comfortable lounging . Having the resort next door is amazing! Great food and bar and hot tubs are 2 minutes away. Then you get to……

“Overall I’m very pleased. While being centrally downtown, there is easy access to banks, museums, parks and a wide choice of food! The only issues were figuring out where the light switches were, getting the shower to turn on and the traffic noise levels. Regardless it’s a great value and I’m headed back there in a few weeks! ¡Pura Vida!”

“My family of 7 stayed here for a couple of days & we all loved it!!! It's a beautiful home & the views were amazing!! We even had a sloth in the tree not far from the patio. All the bedrooms had AC the beds & pillows were comfortable so we slept really well. The pool room was a big hit with the kids!! The communication with the host was great so we highly recommend the property.”

“Extremely good value for the price. It was clean and the beds were comfy.The only difficulty we had was finding the place. There is no civic numbers like in the US or Canada or numbers so it is difficult to find a house. Then there is locks everywhere and at night is very difficult to find the padlocks.”

“The property management is extraordinarily easy to work with. They have an extensive knowledge of the area. We have stayed multiple times and have never been disappointed. “Great place to stay, kitchen was stocked nicely! The house was also very clean! We enjoyed the beautiful pool. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is a little further from La Fortuna so just be aware that you will need to drive about 15-20 minutes into town and back. We didn’t mind the drive at all. It’s surrounded by many cool things to do and see! The outdoor furniture wasn’t super comfy but we still very much enjoyed the outdoor area.
