“Great place for date night ty for allowing us to stay”

“Location was so close to shopping and downtown. Grocery store less than 10 minute walk away! Property was as described. Clean, great memory foam bed, quiet, handy laundry in unit, kitchen well stocked with cooking items, great space for two people! Excellent communication with the owner!As mentioned in a previous review you can hear the occupant in the upstairs until walking around. Just minor squeaky floor boards. Noise was not excessive. We throughly enjoyed our stay! ”

“This was a great place to stay in Raleigh especially if you're looking to be close to the village district. You could easily walk to the village district in about 10 minutes or so. Unfortunately we had rainy weather so we ended up driving each time. There's a lot of shopping and plenty of good restaurants close by. The condo was very quiet and clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot.”

“First of all, this is a really nice apartment. The owner has done a great job making it updated and comfortable. Nice details like gift chocolates at check in. As other reviewers have mentioned, it’s in what looks like dodgy surroundings and there is a smoke and weed smell in the apartment from other tenants. We were going to a concert and only stayed there late nights s overnight so it didn’t bother us, but this could be a big challenge for a very sensitive person. The neighbors and setting……
