“We enjoyed this little one room suite just a short walk to the beach area. 35 steps up to the suite so pack light. The deck has a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchenette has a nice fridge with freezer, a coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave and toaster over. Two sink areas. The bed was extremely nice and comfortable. Very clean. The only thing it needs is a large trash can inside. Would highly recommend. We did have a family staying below us, we could barely hear them at all. Two air units……

“Had a great stay at The Mark. Nice surprise with the dog run. Fur babies enjoyed that. The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. Short walk to the beach or if you get a permit, can drive on the beach. Surfside beach is always great. I only live an hour away so I get to visit often, but it was nice to be able to spend a few days just relaxing and soaking up the sun whenever I felt like it. You won't be disappointed with any of the apartments. ”

“We got a good deal on an "older" unit in a rural area. However, it has been totally remodeled with new, full-size appliances. We liked the responsiveness of the host and the cleanliness of the unit. (The floor was so shiny and polished that it was slippery the first night that we were there!) Best of all, the A/C was overpowered for the size of the unit which meant that it had no problem doing its job. Hot water was plentiful. Internet measured 350 mbps. Yes, we would stay again!”
