“Gorgeous house in a lovely community. The ocean made for a fabulous view and the amenities were perfect. The beds were really comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. Every thing was super clean and well cared for. There was plenty of space and the layout was perfect. We loved it so much we’re coming back in a few weeks - and we’ve never stayed in the same place twice!”

“Our stay at Hip-Nautic was excellent. Check in was a breeze. The house was clean, up to date, in excellent condition, as advertised, and had everything one would need for a family weekend. The local host was very quick to reply to any needs we had and did check in on us to make sure all was well. We made use of the beach chairs and sand toys. Our 3 year old grandson loved the toys in the house and the video game table. We had a great time and would highly recommend this house to all our family……

“While most everything met our expectations, the timing during a winter storm may have complicated things beyond the normal. Due to snow and ice on the ramps and stairs we were confined indoors for almost all the time we were there. A request to clear them so we could safely exit was not attended to, though it was an unusual request I am sure. Also we were without hot water in the kitchen, which otherwise was well accommodated. Heating water on the stove allowed us to take care of cleaning up.……

“Our stay was wonderful. Overall clean and has all the amenities you’ll need. We had 8 adults and 4 kids ranging fr 3 yo to 9 month old, and 3 dogs. They have a highchair and a pack and play as described which were useful! Also they have other baby items like changing pad, booster seat, and baby as well as dog gates. Definitely family friendly! The kids were too young to fully enjoy the arcade/game room but there was plenty of room for the kids to run around circles around the pool table. Didn’t……
