“In my opinion, this property is not suitable for renting to the public. The primary factors are safety, health, and the general state of the property. Safety concerns are driven by the state of the electrical wiring. There are multiple instances of exposed live wiring cables in violation of National Electric Code (NEC). There was at least one lighting circuit with an over sized breaker (30 amps) that was tripped each time you turn on the main bathroom lights indicating a significant fault in……

“The house was clean and well appointed. Nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Overall the property is nice. It's a beautiful house in a great location. The pool and hot tub was nice with one exception. I had to contact the host each time we wanted to get into the hot tub. It was an inconveniences as it only stayed on for 30 minutes. There were some hours of delay to turn the hot tub jets but we made the best of it. There are some improvements needed. The hockey table, lounge chairs or grills was not available as pictured. Batteries were missing from the smoke detector……

“I booked it for my family coming into town for a funeral and they absolutely loved the house. The keypad is a little hard to use for check in but other than that everything was perfect. Thank you ”

“It was isolated, quiet, lots of wildlife sounds from the patio. Great place to go recharge. We had 5 teenagers with us and had plenty of room. Great table for games. It had changed from the description, we were going to have the boys stay on the living room during, that was advertised. However only one in the house was upstairs in the girls room. We were a lil disappointed in that, but made due.The couches were really comfy to sit on, but not to sleep on because they have the individual seating.……
