The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make meals at home. Spices and condiments were readily available. Check in and check out procedures were a breeze. Beryl answered my questions in her communications that made the experience flawless. I am overjoyed with our stay. If I'm back in Texas and within two hours of this lodging, THIS IS MY……

“The number listed was not accurate so it took emailing host to figure out the code to get in. However the back door was unlocked which seemed unsafe. Upon arriving we noticed a beautiful neighborhood. Everyone’s yard was manicured except for our VRBO. The grass and weeds were close to knee heighth. The privacy fence gate was off the henges and laying against the fence. There were no shades covering any windows on the first floor. It would have been nice to hang out and enjoy the nice weather but……

“Great location, central to restaurants and shopping. Close enough to downtown Houston but far enough away to avoid traffic congestion. House was plenty spacious enough with everything provided. ”

“Have rented many VRBO's and all were well equipped, not this one, No quality cooking equipment, had a charcoal grill you must clean but nothing to clean it with, foosball table with no foosball, ping pong table with no paddles, large spider webs in the bedrooms, charge an extra party fee to have a baby shower but no serving wear or anything available to assist holding a party just a few hundred extra dollars to have 20 extra people for 4 hours, limited supplies. We could not get the downstairs……

“We got to the house at 4pm on the day we were expected to arrive. Host was still there cleaning and had to run to the store for toilet paper. Brought it back and put it in the laundry room. We had to put in the bathrooms. Host was nice to help us get the theater room working. Walls were all marked up house looked more like a party house. No internet for the two days we were there. We had to us our phones hotspot to watch anything on .T.V / theater room. Only 1 towel person so if my kids swam……
