“Stay was great! Staff was quick and friendly at check-in. Although we were very late in the evening, concierge made sure we got the red carpet roll out. This is a nice change from traditional hotels. Note- no pets allowed. Late check-in fee $40. Deposit $75. They allowed a late checkout since we were in at midnight. Home was fully equipped, kitchen supplies, towels etc. electric fire places came in handy after getting out of the pool.pool was as described,kids loved it. “We were very happy with the area and the neighborhood. It was a great location for our family. Some of the house is empty (front 2 rooms) and there is only a table for 4 - things to consider if staying with a big group which didn't really matter for us. We really enjoyed the game room and basketball. It was great that there was a full contingent of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. Plenty of towels and blankets.
