“In my opinion, this property is not suitable for renting to the public. The primary factors are safety, health, and the general state of the property. Safety concerns are driven by the state of the electrical wiring. There are multiple instances of exposed live wiring cables in violation of National Electric Code (NEC). There was at least one lighting circuit with an over sized breaker (30 amps) that was tripped each time you turn on the main bathroom lights indicating a significant fault in……

“Where can I start. The place is unbelievable, everything was amazing. Jorge (host) was excellent very helpful everything you would want for a Host. I had family and friends there and it was more than enough room to accommodate 15 couples. Definitely book this Palace it’s worth every penny!!”

The rooms are big enough to accommodate 4 grown men who each had a couple of travel bags with them and the bedroom walls were insulated enough that if any of the guys snored, I could not hear it.....”

The gate area is lighted, but you have to be sure to leave the light on on the porch or you will not be able to see where you are going vewell”
