“Need some repairs and improvements: Outside: the deck has boards raised above the deck more than a quarter inch. Weeds growing through the steps and others should be trimmed out. some black mold on the deck chairs. Inside was very nice, but faucet in the kitchen need repair- hard to shut off completely. The stairway to basement had no railing which surprised us. Its a good comfortable property, but could an excellent property. We did enjoy it! Thank you”

“We're on a journey to visit every state park in Minnesota. We decided to come to the this area to celebrate my birthday and Father's day. We couldn't have found a better spot. It was super close to one of the parks and it was very quiet and inviting. Loved the subtle touches in the house and how we had everything we needed availabile to us. Very affordable too! Highly recommend to anyone coming to the Side Lake area! ”

“A very nice house, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Well furnished with comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen (my wife and our oldest son are accomplished cooks.) Close to Giant's Ridge, where we were skiing, and there are several nice bars and restaurants right along Broadway in Gilbert. ”

“Fantastic. The house is gorgeous, on a great secluded lot. Up for a guys' golf trip and ee were talking about making a reservation for next year by the end of our first day there. Everybody loved the space, especially the patio. 10/10”

“The house was exactly what we needed for the short time we were there. Would stay again if staying up in that area for a weekend.”

“Our stay was wonderful! The property was great, clean, easy to get to and loved where it was located on the lake. We had a large eagle visit us every day and a deer, two turtles sunning themselves on a rock in the lake.The house accommodated 11 of us very well. Our one suggestion would be that there more chairs in the porch and out side. While the adirondack chairs in the porch are nice they are too big for that room and really not that comfortable and would be better outside. The kitchen……
