The hosts were great about responding to any questions/concerns and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay and were able to relax. We definitely recommend a stay here! ”

“The place was beautiful and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“The place is excellent. We had one small hiccup about the dog but all in all everything went well after communicating the issue with the owner of the place. The place itself is very clean, amazing lake views and nice neighbours. It is located right in between Watkins Glen and Geneva. So we had chance to visit both sides of the lake. Highly recommend ! ”

The personal touches and b&b feel of the properties is extremely charming & welcoming. We had a great stay! This is a beautiful property, within close proximity to several of our favorite local wineries/food spots, lake access for the dog and a provate dock. “A group of my friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was right on the water and was beautiful. The host provided a lot of great information leading up to this day. They have a park pass that you can borrow and they had firewood available if you wanna stay in and have a fire. I would definitely recommend this stay to large groups. ”

“My female cousins, sisters and I go on annual trip every year. We had a wonderful time. Great Location, clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We really enjoyed the back patio. We ante several meals out there when it wasn’t too windy! We also really loved being right on the lake!! We fished off the dock and had a really great time catching 53 fish on our trip! We threw them all back, but it was still great fun! We visited several wineries, and pottery shops! We will definitely be……

“We were 2 couples who came to enjoy wine and food in the Lakes. This place was perfect. We loved that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the living area. Each couple had their own bathroom. The deck was wonderful for sitting out in the evening. We woke up to deer grazing across the street. This place has everything we needed. Perfect VRBO”

“We stayed her for my daughters graduation from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. The property is beautiful and right on the water. Great backyard and beautiful views of the water. We didn’t get to swim as it was early May though. House has a ton of room and has everything you need to make it a comfortable stay. Would recommend for anyone with a larger family (there were 7 of us). Thanks for a great stay!”
