"The brief 3 night stay was amazing! Fantastic location close to convenience stores, malls and train stations. The room was very upmarket and comfortable. The waterfall shower feature was incredible and there was a water station on every level if you wanted hot/cold water to drink. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel is just amazingly wonderful from the location, service and room size/condition. We stayed here for the last two days of our Kyoto cherry Blossom vacation 2025 and I must say the highlight of the 9 days trip would have to be this hotel. It is situated in the center of shopping/ dining district, you are basically within everything after stepping out of the hotel lift. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and so helpful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, venue was clean, spacious and comfortable. It provided plenty of choices for both asian and western guests. Overall we enjoyed the stayed and highly recommended this hotel to anyone who visited Kyoto. "

"Spent three nights here with a one-year-old during Kyoto Marathon. Very spacious double room and the bed is big, which we and my little boy loves so much. He took his first walks inside the big room and enjoyed his time so much in the bathtub, floor and the bed. Many photos taken and so much sweet memory. :）"
