“Very inviting and warm welcome. Sad we didn’t find this hidden gem sooner after our son has attended ISU for the last four years. We were lucky to meet some of the former fraternity brothers that lived there in the 1980s. Highly recommend this property! Awesome breakfast!!! ”

“We really really enjoyed this uniquely styled home. Had a little trouble communicating with the host initially but then eventually got that taken care of and had great communication and was able to arrange early check-in and late checkout for a fee. Home is one of a kind, especially in the area And with a pool and hot tub!”

“Pictures do not do this house justice! It was much more spacious than expected. Very clean and well organized. Our family enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. It was nice to be able to unload our food and such from inside the garage right into the kitchen. Overall, a very good experience! Thank you Abby and Jeff for the good communication also.”
