“The property was more the great for our stay in Des Moines! The house is HUGE! very clean well maintained. Plenty of space for us all to spread out. We really appreciated having coffee there for us. Beds were comfortable and plenty of them too! The outside space was great as well. And there was ample parking off the street. We will definitely return for our next family get together in Des Moines. Thank you to the host for being a great communicator as well.”

The property is as listed, with a good amount of space for our group of 8. We had plenty of space to lounge with comfortable furnishings, and a nice dining room table to play board and card games. “It was my daughter's bachlorette party and I had the task of booking a house to stay in for the girls. This house holds a lot of people and there was wonderful space. The house had so much character which was lovely to look at and experience. The area is in the Drake area but in a very nice, safe area that makes you feel comfortable. Owners were nice people. Highly suggest them for your large gathering needs. :)”
